Privacy Policy
This policy explains what LUQMEDIA LLC (“LUQMEDIA”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website and the services we operate under the Lawava and Autolyft Digital brands.
1. Who we are
LUQMEDIA LLC is a Florida limited liability company at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #27639, Miami, FL 33137. For anything in this policy, write to edgar.luque@luqmedia.com.
When we run marketing for a client, that client is the controller of the data collected through their campaigns and we act as their processor under a separate written agreement. This policy governs data we hold in our own right.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in a form or an email.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on them, through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from advertising platforms. Aggregate campaign performance from Meta, Google and similar platforms. We do not receive the identity of individuals who saw an ad.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we ask that you do not send them to us through this site.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and provide the services you asked for
- To operate, secure and improve this website
- To measure marketing performance and improve our own campaigns
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
4. SMS and text messaging
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or any consumer information collected through an SMS program with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone for their own marketing.
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, the following applies:
- Consent. You will only receive messages from us if you explicitly opted in. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything.
- What we send. Messages relating to your enquiry, your account, scheduling, and where you opted in, occasional updates.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies. You will generally receive no more than a small number of messages per month.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email edgar.luque@luqmedia.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We share mobile numbers with our messaging providers only to the extent required to deliver the messages you asked for. Those providers are bound by contract and may not use the data for their own purposes.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
Where we run advertising, platforms such as Meta and Google may set their own cookies and use their own identifiers. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
6. Who we share with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, email, CRM, analytics, messaging), under contract and only as needed to do the work
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality
- Authorities, where we are legally required to
- An acquirer, in the event of a merger or sale of the business
7. International transfers
LUQMEDIA is a U.S. company operated from Canada, and our service providers are based in several countries. Your information may be processed in the United States, Canada and elsewhere. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place before transferring data.
8. How long we keep it
Enquiry and client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for as long as tax, accounting and limitation periods require, typically seven years. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. Marketing lists are kept until you unsubscribe.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Canadian residents have the rights described in PIPEDA.

10. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable providers to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be flagged on this page.
