These terms govern your use of luqmedia.com and any site we operate under the Lawava or Autolyft Digital brands. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
LUQMEDIA LLC is a Florida limited liability company at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #27639, Miami, FL 33137.
2. This site is information, not an offer
Everything on this site is general information about what we do. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to provide services, and nothing creates a client relationship.
3. Client work is governed by a separate agreement
If we work together, the relationship is governed by a signed services agreement covering scope, fees, term, ownership, confidentiality and termination. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.
4. We are not a law firm
LUQMEDIA, Lawava and Autolyft Digital are marketing companies. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice or legal services, and we do not accept cases or represent claimants. We do not share in legal fees. Law firms that engage us remain solely responsible for compliance with their own jurisdiction’s rules of professional conduct, including rules on advertising, solicitation and fee division.

5. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, budget, the quality of your intake and operations, and factors outside anyone’s control. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, cases, bookings, revenue or return, and any figure discussed is an estimate rather than a promise.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the site’s operation.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, logos and the LUQMEDIA, Lawava and Autolyft names are owned by LUQMEDIA LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without written consent, other than ordinary personal viewing of the site.
8. Third-party platforms and links
Our work depends on platforms we do not control, including Meta, Google and CRM and messaging providers. Their policies, pricing, availability and approval decisions are theirs, and we are not responsible for them. Links from this site to other sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUQMEDIA LLC and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations above apply to the fullest extent those jurisdictions permit.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold LUQMEDIA LLC harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.
13. Changes
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revision.
